Historical highlight
Screen protectors for your iPhone can offer an additional layer of protection.
You want to protect all your expensive purchases. That must include your iPhone, and because Apple has chosen the back and front of the glass, the decline can result in expensive repairs.
Besides buying a protective case like modern, the screen protector on the front is a good idea. An additional layer of plastic or glass at the top of this screen does not prevent ease of use. Just add a thin layer of iPhone screen to bear the burden of falling or collision.
However, there is no guarantee that a protective glass or plastic film will prevent the screen from cracking. This has a great opportunity to protect it from damage, but there are too many factors for the iPhone to fall.
Here are some important things to look for when it comes to screen savers.
Glass vs plastic
The iPhone has a glass screen, like most smartphones, and because the screensaver is basically a movie placed above, you want comparable material. Plastic and the nature of the film can make the screen look worse and the color is not lively. This is also a different feeling compared to the mobile screen. On the other hand, plastic protectors can survive falling, because they are a little more durable than glass.
Glass protectors are more expensive, but they also provide a better experience. To begin with, this is the same type of material as the screen, so you can expect it to have the same quality. This will also be the same feeling when using an iPhone. One disadvantage is that if you drop your iPhone with a glass screen protector, that extra layer might crack, which will require a new purchase.
Initial protection, fall protection is not guaranteed.
Plastic or glass protectors will definitely help scratch. Because it usually has a thickness of at least one millimeter, fine scratches cannot touch the iPhone screen. Instead, the protector will absorb it and may show it as a sign of fighting.
On the other hand, a glass screen protector does not guarantee that the cellphone will not crack. There are many factors, from height to strength, and even the type of surface, which can affect the screen. At the end of the day, or more precisely in the late fall, a screen saver is an additional thin layer on the mobile screen.
These are some of our favorite screen protection options for iPhone.
