The report found more than 1 million repairs needed in 50,000 home inspection reports, and the average house needed more than $ 11,000 in repair costs. The main findings of this report include:
- Nearly 55 percent of the houses studied contained doors that needed adjustment, a strong indicator for foundation problems.
